Fascia & Soffit Repair
Fascia and soffit do more than finish the roofline. They keep water, pests, and rot out of your attic and keep the whole roof breathing. We repair and replace them before a small fix turns into a big one.
Why it matters
Most homeowners never look at their fascia and soffit — until something goes wrong. These are the boards that run along the edge of your roof and the underside of the overhang, and they're the only thing standing between the weather and your attic, your rafters, and your insulation.
Fascia carries the gutter line and closes the gap between the roof edge and the wall. When it rots or pulls away, water goes straight into the eaves.
Birds, squirrels, wasps, and rodents look for exactly the kind of gap a soft or sagging soffit creates. Once they're in the attic, the damage multiplies fast.
Soffit vents pull fresh air into the attic so heat and moisture can escape. Blocked or rotted soffit traps both — and cooks your shingles from underneath.
Soft spots, peeling paint, discoloration, and sagging sections are your roof telling you something's wrong. Catching it here is cheap. Missing it is not.
