Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the roofing services High Command Roofing provides to homeowners and property owners in the Treasure Valley. Your signed work order or contract may include additional project-specific terms — if anything in your contract conflicts with this page, your contract controls.

01Agreement to these terms

By requesting an estimate, scheduling work, or signing a work order with High Command Roofing ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please don't schedule work with us.

02Our services

We provide roof replacement, roof repair, roof maintenance, roof inspections, roof upgrades, fascia & soffit repair, and gutter services for residential properties in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. Inspections and estimates described as "free" on our website carry no purchase obligation.

03Estimates, quotes & scope of work

• Estimates are based on what is visible and accessible at the time of inspection.
• If we find hidden damage after work begins — decking rot, structural issues, code-required upgrades — we'll stop, document it with photos, and contact you with a revised quote before continuing. No surprise charges.
• The final scope, materials, and price are those stated in your signed work order.

04Payment terms

• Payment schedules are stated in your work order. We do not require full payment up front.
• We accept check, card, and financing through our lending partners where available.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work.
• Materials remain our property until paid in full.

05Warranties

• Roof replacements carry our 10-year workmanship warranty in writing. Optional extended manufacturer coverage — including Owens Corning's 50-year prorated warranty — is available and administered by the manufacturer, not by us.
• Repairs are backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty on the repaired area.
• Warranties cover workmanship defects. They do not cover storm or hail damage, foot traffic, prior faulty repairs by others, homeowner modifications, or normal wear.
• Manufacturer material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer under their own terms.

06Scheduling, weather & access

• Roofing is weather-dependent. We may reschedule for safety — rain, high wind, ice — and will give you as much notice as we can.
• Please provide clear access to your driveway and roof perimeter, and move vehicles and fragile yard items before work begins.
• We protect landscaping and clean nails with magnet sweeps, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to driveways, septic fields, or items left within the work zone.

07Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or reschedule before materials are ordered or delivered at no cost. After materials are ordered, cancellation may require payment for non-returnable materials already purchased on your project. Scope changes made mid-project are handled by written change order with the price stated before the work continues.

08Insurance claim assistance

When storm damage is involved, we document damage, meet adjusters on the roof, and provide photos at no charge. The decision to approve, deny, or pay a claim belongs entirely to your insurance carrier — we cannot guarantee coverage, approval amounts, or payment timelines.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, our total liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, rental costs, or spoiled contents, except where a valid workmanship warranty claim applies and is handled under Section 05.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canyon County, Idaho, unless your contract states otherwise.
